Spammy, promotional, non-notable software article. Does not meet our general notability guideline. Almost all sources are the company's website. Promotional gems include: "Starting with JIRA 4, a 10-user starter license costs $10 with all proceeds benefiting Room to Read." Likely created by someone with a COI. Delete. - Oppose Very notable software. Rewrite is in order to remove promotional material.
